Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers in Hull is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host the site and confidently lead your team with a passion for great service.

You’ll help train colleagues, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and set a positive example for your team across our brands. Join us for a fun, friendly environment where guests feel truly valued every day.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership and guest-focus desirable.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
