Job summary

Wolverton House is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help deliver great guest experiences. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure smooth service during your shift, balancing speed and warmth.

You’ll mentor colleagues, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and role model excellent service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Join us at Wolverton House for a supportive team, flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within Mitchells & Butlers' brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on shift and welcome guests.
• Direct and mentor the team to deliver great service.
• Train colleagues and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support the site host and ensure smooth service.
