Job summary

Beaufort Arms is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and train staff, leading a team to deliver great service at Ember Inns. You’ll help ensure consistent standards, manage shifts, and set an example for your team in a welcoming pub environment within the Mitchells & Butlers group.
