Job summary

Bowling Green, part of Ember Inns by Mitchells & Butlers, is looking for a Part-Time Shift Supervisor. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and train staff to deliver great service in a community-focused pub setting with traditional food and real ales.

You’ll supervise shifts, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help your team provide a warm, welcoming experience that makes guests want to return.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong team leadership and hosting skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations as host and service lead.
• Lead and supervise shifts, guiding team performance.
• Train and develop team members, maintaining service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
