Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc’s Pine Marten in Harrogate is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on service quality.

You will train colleagues, model high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy team environment while enjoying staff discounts, pension, holiday entitlement and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service skills and clear communication.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams or shifts.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the site.
• Support a welcoming, high-energy guest experience.
