Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Shift Supervisor at The Ferry. You’ll welcome guests, lead a friendly team, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while upholding service standards.

You’ll train your team, supervise service, and maintain cleanliness and safety. The role comes with flexible shifts, dining discounts across our brands, and a pension plan.
