Job summary

Toby Carvery - Bromsgrove is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and maintain high standards of service. You’ll be the day-to-day host, guide your team, and model excellent training while upholding cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver consistent guest service.
• Willingness to train and develop junior colleagues.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model, supporting training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
