Job summary

Toby Carvery in Warrington, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team. You’ll provide great service, train staff and help create memorable visits.

You’ll support day-to-day site operations, lead shifts, set a strong example for your team, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards in a busy dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
