Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Browns Brasserie and Bar in Greenhithe. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and ensure great service with a focus on training and consistency.

You’ll be part of a team delivering classically British food and service, managing daily operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting colleagues through busy shifts. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Strong team leadership and training skills.
