Job summary

Browns Bluewater is looking for a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a service-focused team and drive high standards of hospitality at our Browns Brasserie and Bar. You’ll train staff and model best practices to ensure memorable guest experiences, from brunches to intimate dinners.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service environments.

• Part of day-to-day site operations, welcoming guests and leading the team.
