Mitchells & Butlers in London is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Elephant & Castle to welcome guests, host, serve and lead your team to deliver great hospitality.

You'll train colleagues, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and role model the service standards across brands. Join a friendly pub group with long-standing tradition in British hospitality.

• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training

As Shift Supervisor atthe Elephant & Castle, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
