The Woolpack in Aylesbury is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help oversee daily operations, welcome guests, and lead a dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth service during shifts.

You will train and support staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across Premium Country Pubs. Join a team that values great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great guest service in hospitality.
• Proven ability to train and lead teams.
