Mitchells & Butler Leisure Retail Limited is looking for a Shift Supervisor at the Elephant & Castle, joining Nicholson’s pubs. You’ll welcome guests, mentor your team, serve guests and lead by example to ensure great service.

With nearly 150 years in pubs, we know food, drink and British hospitality inside out. If you have character and enjoy a friendly, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

As Shift Supervisor atthe Elephant & Castle, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
