Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, greet guests, and lead the team to deliver excellent service. You will act as a host, manage shifts, and model high standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and maintaining a positive guest experience, with a focus on guest welcome and operational excellence on site.
