Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Inn on the Lake venue is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the day-to-day operations with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

You'll lead a team, ensure high service standards, support training, and manage cleanliness and safety across the site while delivering a welcoming experience for every guest.
