Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for its Oak pubs in Grays. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across service areas.

The role emphasizes guest experience, training peers, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a busy pub environment. A friendly, energetic team awaits with opportunities to develop hospitality skills.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
