Lauders, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Oaktree Pubs in Glasgow. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on training and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in hospitality.

• Ability to train and develop junior staff and hosts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, host guests, and confidently lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff training.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across the site.
