Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor, located in Gateshead. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding and supporting team members, ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service, and managing inventory and supplies. Other duties include handling cash, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
