Plough Inn Eynsford is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a small team with a passion for service. The role focuses on friendly hosting, maintaining standards, and training colleagues to keep guests returning.

The company promotes premium dining experiences across Mitchells & Butlers brands, offering flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement. You will be supported by a friendly team in a busy pub environment.

• Experience in hospitality and guest-facing roles.
