Pheasant Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a small team. You’ll foster excellent service and train staff, ensuring memorable visits for customers at this premium site.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
