Job summary

Toby Carvery - Lympstone is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team in delivering great service at every visit.

You’ll train and support your team, keep service flowing during shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while enjoying team-friendly a flexible working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a similar service role.
• Comfortable leading a team and delegating tasks.
• Able to train and develop staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and confidently leading the team.
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth operation during service periods.
• Role model for teams, helping with training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
