Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Toby Carvery Watermill is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, drive service excellence and actively train team members. You will help oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll lead shifts, model strong training practices, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to keep guests coming back for more. Join a supportive team and contribute to memorable dining experiences.
