Job summary

Wotton Hatch, part of Mitchells & Butlers Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team, and maintain high service standards. You’ll help with day-to-day site operations, host guests, and model teamwork for your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team is desirable.
• Active, friendly approach to guest welcome.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Support training of team members.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
