Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Westcott to welcome guests, lead a team and train staff to deliver top quality service. You will help run daily operations and ensure standards are consistently met in a fast-paced pub environment.

The role offers part-time hours with an hourly rate up to £13.21 plus tips, pension, paid holidays and employee discounts across our brands. If you’re passionate about premium dining and guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
