Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Toby Carvery Langley Green to lead a busy team and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll host guests, ensure smooth service and guide colleagues through on‑the‑floor training.

The role is hands-on, focused on delivering high hospitality standards and a welcoming environment for all guests, with a supportive team culture and Career growth opportunities.
