Job summary

Toby Carvery in Langley Green, Crawley, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the daily operations and warmly welcome guests.

You'll lead and train your team, host and serve guests, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. This is a full‑time role with pension, holidays, and staff discounts as part of Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to train and lead a team.
