Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, home of Toby Carvery Lauriston Farm, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team, welcome guests, and uphold high service standards. You will train staff, manage shifts, and ensure a safe, clean environment while driving memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
