Job summary

O'Neill's in Edinburgh is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and guide a team to deliver top-notch service. You’ll train colleagues, lead shifts, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, with chances to grow within the Mitchells & Butlers family and enjoy staff discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as a host and confidently lead your team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for the team.
• Support training and development for team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
