Job summary

O'Neill's York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team, serve guests, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll coach and mentor colleagues, uphold standards of service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across breakfast, dining, and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
