Job summary

Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs, is looking for a Shift Supervisor at the Church Mouse. You’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits and lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.

With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the site, act as host, lead your team, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: hosting, serving guests and leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for training your staff, maintaining high standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
