Court in Camden Town is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team that keeps our visitors returning for more. You’ll train staff, supervise shifts, and act as a role model while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles or leading a team.
• Strong customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff and lead by example.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for the team, contributing to training.
