Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Tennents Bar in Glasgow is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and confidently lead a team, ensuring exceptional service.

You will train staff, supervise daily operations, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across a vibrant community-focused pub environment with opportunities for growth and team events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail service preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train colleagues.
• Strong guest-service mindset and street-smarts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading your team confidently.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
