Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Old Contemtibles site. You will welcome guests, supervise a team, and drive great service with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, host guests, and confidently lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training.
