Job summary

Royal Saracens Head in Beaconsfield is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team, and uphold high service standards. You’ll train colleagues, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the site.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Willing to train and develop staff
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
