Job summary

Bathampton Mill, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team delivering outstanding service in the Bath site. You’ll train staff and role-model high standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• Proven ability to train and develop a team.
• Strong standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Able to lead a team during busy shifts.
