Mitchells & Butlers PLC, home to Toby Carvery Bathgate, seeks a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team in delivering memorable experiences. You’ll train staff, manage shifts and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

You’ll be part of a friendly team that values great service, collaboration and making guests feel welcome. Join us for a busy, people-focused role in a renowned hospitality group.

As Shift Supervisor at Toby Carvery - Bathgate Farm, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
