Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to strengthen the site’s Production department. The role covers supervision of production across a three-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) on site, with responsibility for safety and meeting customer demand.

You will lead teams, drive quality, improve processes, and ensure production meets schedules. The ideal candidate has automotive manufacturing experience, ILM Level 3 management certification, and knowledge of 5S.

Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing sector experience or similar.
• ILM Level 3 Management certification.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee a safe working environment
• Ensure all production processes conform to current quality standards
• Manufacture quality parts in time to satisfy customer demand
• Improve production processes and lead improvement teams
• Lead root cause analysis of non-conforming production and implement corrective actions
• Daily organisation Team Leaders and Operators
• Complete performance reviews to improve team performance and flexibility
• Lead team performance via KPI's and OEE to achieve targets
• Out of hours contact with Customers
• Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all
• Health and Safety environmental requirements
