Job summary

SC Johnson Professional Europe is seeking a Production Operator for our UK Pro Manufacturing site in Denby. The role covers setup, changeover, washout and operation of injection moulding, mixing or filling and packaging equipment to meet the production plan, while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Applicants should have experience operating manufacturing equipment, working safely in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in line with quality standards.
• Experience working safely in a manufacturing environment and following health and safety requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced production with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times, ensuring manufacturing activities meet quality, safety and GMP standards.
• Set up, operate, change over and monitor production equipment according to procedures.
• Perform quality checks and follow SOPs to ensure products meet specification.
• Identify and help resolve safety, quality or operational issues to support continuous production.
• Maintain production equipment and workspace in line with asset care and housekeeping standards.
• Support and coach colleagues and agency workers on safe working practices.
