E3 Recruitment client is a world-leading manufacturer in the construction sector seeking a Shift Production Manager. You will lead both automated and labour-intensive operations, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across turnover, quality, HSE and throughput.

You will champion lean methods (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE), develop multi-functional teams, and explore automation opportunities while delivering KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Senior production leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Proven ability to build and develop multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing/production operations across automated and labour processes.
• Develop and promote lean techniques (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE).
• Identify opportunities to automate processes further.
• Develop flexible manufacturing teams across operations.
• Implement KPIs across the factory.
