Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead production teams across rotating days and nights. You will drive performance, ensure safety, quality and delivery targets are met, and work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership in a manufacturing environment, experience in FMCG/packaging or similar, and a proven track record of continuous improvement and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production, Shift, Manufacturing or Operations Management role.
• Strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• KPI-driven with a focus on operational performance.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a Production, Shift, Manufacturing or Operations Management role
• Strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
• Continuous improvement experience
• KPI-driven with a focus on operational performance
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Backgrounds in FMCG, Food, Packaging, Automotive, Chemical or Manufacturing are desirable
