Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead shift teams in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will oversee the safe, efficient production workflow, champion continuous improvement, and drive KPI performance across safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing teams in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and people leadership skills.
• Track record of delivering against operational KPIs.
• Experience with business improvement methodologies and CI tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing standards and processes.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Curious, proactive approach to finding better ways of working.
• Commitment to keeping technical and professional knowledge up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• IOSH Managing Safelycertification, or awillingness to obtainit.

• A commitment to keeping your technical and professionalknowledge up todate.

Desirable Experience

The following wouldbe advantageous:

• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365(D365).
• Level 3 Food Safetyqualification.
• HACCPexperience/qualification.
