Dunbia is hiring Assistant Team Leaders for their production team in Dungannon. This role supports monitoring and meeting production requirements with a focus on quality while operating on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Production and Customer Specifications.
• Previous experience in a Production environment.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively.
• Experience of accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specified checks accurately and timely at the start of the shift.
• Ensure orders are produced and packed per customer specifications.
• Record information accurately on quality data sheets.
• Report any anomalies to Team Leader or Production Manager.
• Understand changes to product specifications and testing procedures.
• Support Team Leader in achieving quality and efficiency targets.
• Complete SOP training with operatives.
