Dunbia is seeking a capable Team Leader to join our production team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will supervise operatives, ensure safe, accurate and timely production, maintain product quality and label/print accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement on the line.

You will record all shift information on standard sheets, report any anomalies to the Production Manager, and help implement changes to product specifications and testing procedures to meet operational standards.

Qualificações

• Essential: production knowledge and supervisory experience; ability to work with minimal supervision; effective communication; accurate record keeping; strong written and verbal English.
• Desirable: food industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Be ready at shift start and carry out checks in a timely, methodical manner.
• Ensure all orders are produced and packed per customer specifications, paying attention to quality, label position and print quality.
• Record all shift information on the appropriate sheets and quality data sheets.
• Quickly report any anomalies to the Production Manager so corrective action may be taken.
• Understand changes to product and customer specifications and testing procedures to meet operational standards.
• Support Production Manager in achieving targets on quality, yield, giveaway and efficiency.
• Complete SOP training with operatives to meet QAS.
