Job summary

E3 Recruitment's client, a world-wide market-leading manufacturer in the construction sector, seeks a Shift Production Manager in Ollerton. The role leads both automated and labour-intensive operations and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

You will implement lean techniques, develop flexible teams, and establish KPIs to raise efficiency while pursuing automation opportunities and staff development.

Qualifications

• Senior production/ manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma in fast-paced environments.
• ILM leadership qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and production operations, balancing automated and labour processes.
• Develop and promote lean techniques across operations (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE).
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
• Build multi-functional, flexible manufacturing teams and implement KPIs.
