Job summary

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for the Greater Manchester / Lancashire area. This role operates Monday to Friday – either mornings or afternoons – with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

You'll lead the shift across safety, quality, service, cost and performance, delivering the production plan, improving OEE and reducing waste during peak periods while developing people and driving engagement on site.

Qualifications

• Previous production management experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead through busy periods while maintaining standards and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift across safety, quality, service, cost and performance.
• Deliver the production plan, improve OEE and reduce waste and downtime.
• Develop people, build accountability and coach rather than just instruct.
