Job summary

The Sterling Choice is seeking a Production Shift Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in the Greater Manchester / Lancashire area. Mon-Fri, with either mornings or afternoons, and a salary of £45,000–£50,000.

You’ll own the shift, delivering the production plan, improving OEE and reducing waste while developing the team and collaborating with Engineering and Technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shift teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to deliver production plans and drive improvements in OEE.
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver the production plan and KPI targets.
• Drive OEE improvement and reduce waste and downtime.
• Develop people, set clear direction and build relationships with Engineering/Technical teams.
