The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Greater Manchester / Lancashire. You will own the shift, leading the team to deliver the production plan while maintaining safety, quality, service, cost and performance.

During peak periods you will drive improvements, raise standards and coach team members, working closely with Engineering to sustain momentum across the site.

Competenze

• Previous production management experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Deliver the production plan for the shift and lead the team across safety, quality, service, cost and performance.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce waste and downtime.
• Develop people, raise standards and provide clear direction and development.
• Collaborate with Engineering and the wider manufacturing team to implement improvements during busy periods.
• Take ownership of the shift and build productive relationships to drive sustained performance.
