Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a shift at The Windmill, 1 Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7HW, guiding a team of operatives to meet KPIs while upholding health, food safety and quality standards. Two shift patterns are available: Wed-Sat 07:00-19:00 and Sun-Wed 07:00-19:00 with rotation every 3 months; you must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared for DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Operational knowledge in production settings.
• Team player with a positive environment orientation.
• FMCG/ Food Manufacturing experience ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to meet KPIs and maintain safety standards.
• Foster productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Schedule tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Handle day-to-day queries and liaise with HR/Training teams as required.
• Maintain accurate records and analyse data for improvements.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.
