Job summary

HelloFresh in the UK is seeking a Technical Operative (Days) at The Windmill, Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby. The role focuses on first-line response for Frozen Fish labelling issues with on-site duties and a 13.98/hour rate.

Training will upskill you to manage replenishment, maintenance tasks, and basic kitting activities. The position requires flexibility for shifts and weekends, strong attention to detail, and adherence to Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all replenishment tasks for the Frozen Fish labelling – replenishments, refills and waste.
• Ensure stock levels for Frozen Fish labelling are sufficient and reorder as needed.
• Accountable for daily preventative maintenance compliance tasks for Frozen Fish.
• First line fix for all related tasks for Frozen Fish, escalating issues with Engineering Team as required.
• Carry out basic daily/weekly ILP tasks on Kitting; print head cleans and alignment of labels.
• Carry out basic daily/weekly DMP tasks on Kitting and related activities.
• Carry out basic reactive tasks for kitting – scanners and keyboard replacements.
• Comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards.
• Be involved in ad hoc projects as required.
• Report health and safety concerns to Line Manager.

About The Team

What You Will Be Doing

You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
