Job summary
HelloFresh Derby site is seeking an experienced shift leader to run day-to-day operations, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality order fulfilment. You will lead teams, manage performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will champion health and safety, coach Team Leaders and Operatives, coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding, and partner with the site leadership to ensure delivery targets are met while fostering a supportive,

Rotating days and nights every 3 months, Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00 - 7:00
